HVAC Service Supervisor
In this role, it will be your job to oversee the work of a team of service technicians. This position works directly with the service managers. As a working supervisor, some of your tasks will include performing service calls, investigating and following up on technician appointments, training and developing service technicians, collaborating and following up with dispatchers, and supporting and growing the service department. Collaboration with other management personal and other departments is key with this role.

Job Responsibilities:
· Run service calls daily
· Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to develop, grow, and improve efficiencies.
· Supervise technicians as they work, providing guidance and instruction as needed
· Train new and current technicians as needed
· Ensure that work complies with all safety requirements
· Uphold standards of Kettle Moraine Heating work being performed
· Debrief with dispatchers daily on technician appointments
Key Qualifications:
· Management experience preferred
· Previous supervisor experience is highly beneficial
· In-depth knowledge of the HVAC industry REQUIRED
· Strong communicator
· Valid driver’s License
· Clean background check
Bonus Qualifications:
· Service Titan experience a plus
